I replaced my pharmacy ACC with this product, which thins lymph and removes mucus while maintaining glutathione levels. It helps with inflammation and improves expectoration. I take it 30 minutes before meals.

Copes with coughing
It effectively removes various harmful substances from the body. ACC or NAC is always in my first aid kit. It works well with alcohol intoxication and relieves swelling during coughing. I take it on an empty stomach before meals. During Covid, it helped combat my cough, and along with Icelandic moss and MucoStop, it eventually resolved my prolonged cough. It's essential to work in tandem when ill; relying on one remedy alone isn't enough. Be healthy, and thank you for your support.

Less heavy periods

This brand isn't my favourite for quality, but NAC is a must-have supplement. I notice less swelling and my periods are less heavy, which is the main benefit I see. The pack size is good, and I only use it a few times a week. There is no noticeable taste.
